Always a pleasure to dine at Tapas Valencia. Expect to be checked on frequently by the manager, your server, and bus help. This visit, we tried “Gambas al Ajillo”; a delicious grilled shrimp tapas with a light, creamy, lemon sauce that perfectly complimented the dish. In addition, a container of their signature marinated olives accompanied us home.
